I hear from all doctors, and read everywhere that exercise is good for depression. I think it's hard to get a workout going when you're in deep depression. For me it is, lack of motivation.

I know what you mean about it being hard to exercise when you're depressed. Sometimes I can make myself go for a long walk instead of riding the exercise bike. The walk doesn't help as much as the bike, but sometimes it will help me restart the daily routine.
