Hi, you said you haven't met too many people who exercise to cope with depression. I just had to reply !

Well, first off, I'm glad you've discovered exercise as a coping mechanism. It really can do wonders for you.

Say hello to another fellow fitness junkie and soon-to-be certified personal trainer ... that would be me The only thing I value in life is my fitness regimen (weights). No sex, and no fasting ... I eat a ton of healthful food for hypertrophy.

Only, my problem is BPD, which includes a lot of depression.
