I get these from my Effexor occasionally. Especially when titrating. I've heard other people have had the same experience with Effexor-"Body Shocks". They're weren't all that unpleasant once I got used to them. Come to think of it I got them with Cymbalta too. Of course I'm not sure if this is what you're experiencing but I just thought I'd throw that out there.
