There in lies yet another problem with her and I....you see a few months ago, I did have a meeting with her boss, my supervisor and me. She has this habit of being extremely loud and aggressive on the work floor when addressing you about a problem. And this one day, she reduced me to tears in front of the entire staff and I was humiliated and embarrassed. I immediately after work ask could she and I along with her boss have a meeting the following morning, and we did. She was all apologetic, cried a bit and I thought things would get to a level of mutual respect between us...that lasted about a week, then it was back to the same ol cruel human being. I also found out her boss, resented me for complaining about her, because she thinks she's the best thing since sliced bread. It was a mess for a long time, the confusion I had over this. All of my team fears her, most are immigrants, very quiet and laid back, so I have no real allies at work. And the way she treats the Asians is just appalling. My supervisor is not a nice person at all. She treat these people like their 2 years old, its disgusting watching her do this and talk to them that way.
I tried posting out several times, but was always beat by someone with more seniority. I'm just stuck in a nightmare that I can't get out of, that's all....but thanks for the comment and do have a wonderful weekend
