Hi Irine, Please know that the Jewish community here in California has everyone in Israel in our loving prayers. For many of us who have visited or lived in Israel and have family and friends in Israel, I don't think we can help but follow the news. For one thing, any of us who are on Facebook have come up against the inevitable posts lamenting the people in Gaza....I've lost a number of friends over these past 2 weeks because of our disagreements. It is in our faces everywhere we turn.

I can only imagine how frightened you must feel at this time. I believe you have every reason to ask for your psychiatrist's help and speak with him.
