Staying committed is hard, but once you start feeling better it'll push you on. Don't set your goal too either. I recently joined the gym after about 4 years, and remembering what I could do was really disheartening. But I realized I can't focus on that. So as long as I make it there once or twice a week, that is good enough. It's getting yourself there that's hardest I find haha. I find if I wake up in a really bad mood, it is such an awesome release for those feelings. A lot better than any form of SI knowing it is better for you.
