I can't imagine living in an area like you do right now. I'm saddened by the loss of life on either side of the issue, but I wanted you to know that I am praying for you and your safety and that of your family and friends.

It's hard to stay away from the news when you are smack dab in the middle of all the bombing and upheaval. I guess I think that it's important to stay as up to date on the latest issues going on though in order to keep yourself as safe as possible. I think that is the name of the game.

I really think that seeing your T would be very helpful. You need a place to be able to unload your fears and anxiety safely. You deserve to be able to do that. Please consider calling your T.
