I'm a girl also. Before he can help me, I have to tell him everything about me. It's been a slow process. I didn't go in there at the beginning and start talking about it. Sometimes he goes deeper than I was planning and I don't know the answer but I give him one and then realize after the session it was not true. I then go in there at my next session and straighten it out.
