I think travelinglady is right, it may be time to see a psychiatrist. My gp will not even fill any of my psych medications because she does not feel that she knows enough about them. I was on effexor for a while and one psychiatrist was like I dont think it is doing anything for you, so he switched me to Paxil and now I am on wellbutrin. Everyone reacts differently to medications. I hope you will be able to get something to work. Best of Luck.
