Only, my problem is BPD, which includes a lot of depression.
Thanks. My exercising is pretty basic and minimal. Sometimes I've wondered if I could get into really good shape with a little bit of extra effort. I usually invest at least two hours per day exercising (including stretching and showering), but I only do the cardio and then three exercises to help my back and neck pain (twice a week). Probably an extra half hour of abdominals or weights would make me fit and trim. But it's not easy to make myself do that extra bit.
