Hi there, it;s easy for others to say don't try so hard, when that's your nature,
I think it's more about wanting people and those you love/like to understand you,
Sadly when you are like this and not really understanding yourself, others around you will not understand either, so a problem arises here, that what help you need is not always what other suggest, even the professionals,
Getting to know yourself and understand yourself is a long process and we all fall down sometimes, and always for a reason.
Feeling alone is natural when no one understand, but this is something to learn, enjoying your own company while you heal, which means doing something for yourself
I don't know how old you are, if you are still at School or Young, then i think finding an art of some kind, I use my guitar, put my headphones on, turn up the distortion and let fly, maybe you can paint, and when you feel frustrated, throw the paint at the canvas, hell, people have made money out of that.
But the best thing is to do something for tomorrow, now, just try new things until you find what you have a talent for. that will take some of the edge off and with every great effort, there will be a great feeling of reward, remember those moments.
And don't suppress the emotions, the best thing, go into the bedroom, there you have a pillow to let it out on, be it anger or crying and after, you can cuddle the pillow. there is no shame in doing this, if it helps then whats wrong with it
The fact is, most of the people in the world think they're right, learn to stand in your own light and show them they're not, you are unique, so be proud of that, some of the best people are those who have struggled in themselves and suffered a lot, but better to be that than the many shallow people out there who follow each other and do as they're told and end up living their lives by the rules.
Stay positive as much as you can, write i am happy 50 times on a piece of paper if you need to, change it to i am positive or i am ...... often. when you wake up look in the mirror look yourself in the eye and say, today i am going to be calm/happy/....., don't just say it, push it out, I AM ...., and learn to meditate, every day/night, Wayne Dyer has a couple of good ones to help you in that.
