I am short, barely 5 feet so barely 152.4 cm tall(according to internet converter thing i found). Beings I am 23 no chance of getting taller I don't think, not sure how old you are.

You don't need to improve your height even if that was possible, nothing wrong with being shorter....also my brother is pretty tall and he actually wishes he was shorter, so perhaps its not all its cut out to be anyways and might have difficulties of its own.
