How will I ever know who to trust again???

If I couldn't trust a pdoc who was a friend, who repeatedly said "I'm the safest person you will ever know," you can trust me, etc., who else is trustworthy?!

I feel as though I've lost my bearings...

Trust has never come easy for me. I guess it never will again.
