I have a lot of diagnoses but ocd is not one of them...lol.....
I had to laugh at your post because it brings back so many memories. the emails I have sent and the regrets and embarrassments I have suffered. I have scared the hell out of my friends and have been told they wanted to call the cops to do a welfare check on me. I know too well that obsessive feeling of wanting to get them to understand what you are going through. looking back I believe I saw something in the individuals I was writing, something about them that I thought they could help me somehow, they had an answer for me. they could somehow solve my problem. so the more details I gave them about what I was going thru, the better they would understand the situation and be able to supply me with the solution. it is all part of the bipolar, don't worry...now that I have control of the bipolar I don't do it anymore thank god. take care.
