Each cancer fighter, (notice I did not write victim, deals with their illness in their own way. Most people get very tired. You might offer to wash the dishes, wash a load of clothes, fold the laundry or help cook dinner after asking permission first. Some people cling to their routine as their lifesaver, so you want to ask.

I think it's great you want to help. You might even sit down and say, "Is there any housework I can do to help you?" It's a start.
