I'm so tired of not sleeping well. I'm getting 4-5 hours of absolutely crappy sleep. It's very light and broken. For me, ideally I need 8-10 solid hours of really good sleep.
Then there's the mind racing which is spinning so fast...it's ridiculous. I'm also so easily distracted and irritable...it's friggin insane and I'm just sick of it!
I talked to T about it Friday when I saw her and she said a few things. 1) she thinks it's all connected to the sleep issue. 2) use my mindfulness skills to pin down the "topics" my mind is racing about. 3) call NP Monday AM if things don't start to settle down over the weekend.
UGH!! I don't like it when I get like this. I just wanna crawl out of my darn skin!!
What the he l l is this craziness? I hate it whatever it is!!!!!!!!!!!
