Some of it could be her simply being aware of your needs.

My Pdoc recently moved her office (same building but a much bigger area). There's a huge waiting room in front of her secretary: the second floor looks down on the waiting room and has high traffic. The other waiting room is outside Pdoc's actual office: basically in a hallway, can hear into Pdoc's office, and it has high traffic with other employees in the building.

I was told last time to wait in the waiting room by my Pdoc's office. There was too much going on for me that I had a panic attack (I went back to the front waiting room). When I saw my Pdoc I told her what happened. She told me her other patients have complained about the waiting rooms too. She actually went over some possible solutions SHE could make to help her patients.

We came up with turning an exam room in the back into a waiting room, and taking the door off the room so people feel less confined.

Sorry for the long story...

Maybe your T is simply listening to you and is showing you that she cares.

The lack of eye contact she probably noticed. And how she compliments you might be based off of your reactions in the past.

And if your T is reading your posts, well at least she's doing constructive things to help you.
