I still feel you should see a reputable psychiatrist and be re-evaluated, sounds like there's things that conflict here. And family docs shouldn't really be replacing a psychiatrist, they are GP's not Psychiatrists, sure they can write scripts, but they are not qualified to serve as a psychiatrist. I think that is the only way to get to the point of this and start proper treatment, this dancing around stuff, pdocs not available, etc. is only delaying you from starting on the right path.
Persue, seeking professional treament and correct DXes, improper meds by GP's can only mess you up more, in my personal opinion. Just my own opinion. Take some time away from the computer and start looking into referrals, hospitals can even connect you with mental health professionals and where they have their practices.
Some hospitals have very good behavioural health departments, who also can be of great help to you and with info.
