My girlfriend and I have been dating for close to a year now. We are in a good relationship and I would like to see things to continue to progress. She has OCD, takes medicine for it and goes regularly to a psychologist.
I was curious if anyone had a list of good resources for me to check out to help support her? I have 2 kids with whom she has a good relationship but she has voiced that this is a cause of stress for her because she holds things in and doesn't want to blow up at them or me.
I am not looking to cure her. She is a smart woman and whom is seeking treatment. I just want to know more about supporting her and learn what I can do or say to help her in the situations.
Anyway, if anyone has good advice or resources for someone in a relationship, I'd really appreciate it.
