I am sorry you are going through this. I hope I have some words to comfort you. Many of us here are on the same boat. One thing that is helping me right now (and that maybe it would help you, I do not know): I got rid of Facebook. I used to say that I did not use Facebook to compare myself to others, but I think, I did. Some movies (those stupid ones that portray idealistic lives and very easy problem solving) could be affecting me, so I go rid of them, as well. I try to watch silly comedies that make me laugh, as much as I can. I try not to watch so many news, because they affect me greatly. I do not know, little changes. Maybe they are stupid things and are not useful to you.
