tokidoki: I think the more important question is do you FEEL you are doing well (outside of these results)?
Do your friends / partner / relatives / doc / pdoc think you are doing well / ok?
I am sure it's a great tool but unless you are hypomanic or manic or such, and think you're doing a lot better than you are, I would hesitate to let the results of such a test overrule common sense and a real-life estimate of your state of mind.
That said, maybe it identified other things for you to think about - I don't know.
Good idea to mention it to doc, but just IMO, remember it's a screening tool and it's online, which doesn't replace a real life professional and assessment of your real life functioning.
