Just curious if anyone has tried supplements, esp magnesium and they helped your anxiety? I have been reading a lot of articles online about controlling anxiety without medication. Most of them mention that magnesium helps your body create chemicals associated with feelings of calm. And yes I looked up foods high in magnesium, mostly raw greens, nuts and seeds. But realistically, Im moving into a dorm soon, I won't have as much control over my diet. I do eat healthy though. Anyway basically just wondering if anyone found that magnesium does indeed help with anxiety? Thanks very much everyone
