I had been referred to a psychologist and then they referred me to a psychiatrist for a mental disorder diagnosis...I am still waiting or the appointment to come through.

Work have reduced my hours from 37 a week to 12 per week. This is only 3 hours per day Monday to Friday.

It seems to be the interaction with people that is the problem, and I have no motivation to go and to be able to carry out the job. It's hard enough to get out of bed, or hold a conversation or even eat.

I have been have therapy (all different types) since I was 15, 5 years later I am probably struggling a lot worse.

I know that there is a service called crisis that I can ring, but I am a bit weary of that. Though this will not help my financial situation.
