My sister told me she heard magnesium helps anxiety so thought I'd try it. I got a bottle of Nature Made 250 mg, and since I've been taking it have felt a lot better. I'm not sure if it's the magnesium or just finally recognizing some of the issues causing me anxiety around the same time and feeling some relief about it, though, but it's worth a try. I'm still taking it just in case!!
