I don't know about others but I find exercising before bed really helps settle my "Monkey Mind" and I seem to sleep better. I go on the treadmill for a brisk walk and run while listening to music. Seems to really do the trick to get me to settle down and fall asleep.

Does exercising help you? Or does something else work better to settle those racing thoughts?
