I don't really have much advice for you, only suggestions. The most important thing to take in mind is YOU. Which subject do you prefer? Don't think about the foreign language part. There will always be things that you don't like to do standing in the way of things that you do want to do. And if you haven't already, speak to your advisor about it, as well as the respective deans in both departments to get their input. Good luck!
