This is just an idea as I have no experience in your situation: I would consider writing a letter to your caseworker ccing her supervisor. In that letter I would politely, concisely, and clearly explain what you said above and confirm that you heard her correctly that they have no options for you in your circumstances. The point of writing is to have your case in writing. Sometimes creating a written record is enough to get additional help or a second opinion.
