Rara,
I do have a similar problem. My issue is that I get a feeling that I should be doing something else to accomplish something better or bigger than these mundane tasks, or that there's a better way of doing this. I've also been struggling with depression, and sometimes the anxiety would also come from what's the point in doing this.
As for advice, as you start doing someting and the anxiety begins to pull you out of it, let it in telling it that this is what you decided to do for now.
Another thing is to install a timer app on your phone and set it to let's say 30 mins, turn off all distractions and when the anxiety pulls your focus away remind it and yourself of the alarm getting closer to going off. After 30 minutes do something very different or fun for 5/10 minutes (e.g. youtube video). Then set the alarm again and proceed. Also, remember to actually silence your phone while the alarm is counting off (this will eliminate the distraction from texts, etc, and the alarm will still sound).
Yet, another thing is to find a youtube of relaxation or study/concentration music (there are plenty of these) and use headphones blocking off all of the noise/distractions.
