Yoga is another nice way to relax your mind and stretch your body before bedtime.

A good one is the relaxation one that melts away stress and enhances flexibility and improves sleep. Tamal Dodge's Yoga Dvd called YOGA For Energy & Relaxation. Two separate Yoga exercises one for energy and the other for relaxation.

Rodney Yee has great selection of meditative Yoga Dvds.
