Its tough to stay motivated when you feeling so down.. Taking a walk even a short one in the sunshine can make a big difference .. I also set a timer for say 15 mins and pick one room and pick up the clutter or wash a sink full of dishes .. Knowing the timer will ring and ill be "done" takes away the overwhelming "OMG where do I even start"
