I've been on this roller coster many, many times. I've given up trying to fight the system, if you are poor the message is you don't deserve therapy, not where I live anyway. Strangely the medicare HMO I have tells me many times to just go to the hospital, but doesn't want to cover therapy? the hospital is more expensive you'd think they would rather cover outpatient than inpatient.
