What do you eat when you don't care about eating? I need to get some food at home, but I don't want to cook, either. Frozen microwave dinners are what I usually get, but I want suggestions, including for breakfast and lunch.

When I don't feel like I can do anything, I say to myself 'Meals on Wheels is NOT coming' to shame myself into getting some food. I'm able-bodied, with a car, but the way I behave, is like I'm ready for Meals on Wheels.
