Sorry to hear you're feeling like that. There is a huge amount of support that comes from being a member of these forums. I'm no psychiatrist or even close but have you increased or decreased the dose of your meds lately? While I was titrating on my meds I went through strange phases of anxiety etc, which did stabilize.

I hope you find the right support and if need be can locate someone to talk with, I know that can be a huge help for an anxiety-ridden time like you seem to be having.
