I haven't been remembering my dreams very well lately, so I want to try to write one I had recently.

I remember it being mostly at sunset, which always gives me a sad feeling. I think personally for me, sunsets represent sadness. I was in a "vacation" area and planned to spend time there. The "vacation area" was a large mixture of vegetation and terrain. The whole place was on the side of a cliff, which if you had a good view there, there was another green mountain and a waterfall next to that mountain. The whole place was pretty tropical looking. I wonder what the tropical look meant? I have it once and awhile.

At one point I was in a house and it was morning. In my dreams, mornings have a lot of white light and a sense of danger. They don't happen very often. I looked out the windows scared of something, but I can't remember what.

I had met a green blob man (weird, huh?) He had a gelatinous body that could morph at a whim, but he had somewhat of a neck, head, and the end of him reminded me of a dolphin's tail. This blob men were over the top friendly. He said for me to get a ride from a man in a car with his family. I remember at one point running around a tiny building (on this tropical mountain) and running up to them. I remember they were scared at first because the place was sort of a security clearance, but after telling them I needed a ride they were happy to take me. I also was nervous about asking for a ride because I had never done so before. They were an African-American family with a dad and I think a couple of children. As we drove on they turned into one dad and one child. The dad then said he was heading the way I was going anyway and was happy to give me a ride.

We reached a place (a giant leaf) looking out over the cliff of the mountain and the river below. He smiled, but I was about to tell him my destination had been further down the road. He said to not worry about it because I could get back up to the road from down below. So somehow we went of the cliff with the car. I don't remember this being scary at all. I can't remember how it was done, but I somehow ended up in the river or something and the guy ended up on a leaf in a tree. My mind changed him to a green blob guy, who I think I assumed was one all along. I noticed then that he looked exactly like the big green blob guy I had seen before. Then I realized it wasn't the same one, and this blob grew as big because he had absorbed his green blob daughter as well (??).

I found out that there were was a blue, shining platform that shot anything into the air that touched it. I did so and was automatically placed on top of the mountain again. And the dream ended there. I woke up with a sad song playing in my head.

Not sure if this dream meant anything. It wasn't near as bad as many of my other dreams, but it strangely felt depressing and sad.
