I don't know if I can be of much help but I do know how you feel.
Try fresh fruits and vegetables. Our grocery store has salads and fruit already prepared. The salads even come with dressing. Just pop the lid and enjoy. There are also bags of salad where all you need is a bottle of your favorite dressing.
In the meat section there are already prepared main dishes that you just heat and serve. They even have containers of mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes etc.
When things were really bad, I use to just make milk shakes with those healthy powders they have.
Then there is always

a great comfort food.
The hardest part is making yourself eat when nothing look good. I just hope I was of some help.
