You said your T doesn't take it....therefore it doesn't cover it....it's not like whether in all the realm of therapy you can find therapy that is covered but whether a particular service you are billed for is covered or not. It's just like car insurance....if you have health insurance too then that pays for your medical first but if there is some thing that isn't covered due to a wreck then the car insurance will pay. They just wan someone else to take first crack at the bill.

Still call a number and talk to someone who actually works for Medicaid....random people on the internet are not a good source for this because the laws are so variable from state to state.

Since medicaid only wants 8 visits per year I doubt you'll be able to justify the 96 you wanted....you should find out what has been approved in the past.
