When I feel depressed I eat Lean Cuisine meals. They usually have good specials every couple weeks so I can stock up and they're relatively healthy. Sometimes all I want to eat is something like popcorn or toast which doesn't have a lot of nutrition so what I've been trying lately is to buy those little egg cartons with just 6 eggs and then at the beginning of the week I hard boil them and keep them in the fridge. That way I can at least get a little protein with out actually having to do anything.
