She did not have to take you back when you "threatened" her that's typically grounds for termination. She's trying to ensure you get the proper care medically---ie she's willing to take time out of her schedule to be present for your pdoc appointments---I'm not even sure she's billing you for that. She's been with you for quite a while now even though she feels the need to change roles to accommodate your needs ---plus you like her---I don't know how you are but I generally don't bother liking people who show no genuine interest in me. Usually we can tell and respond to true caring....
