A B12 or iron deficiencies can cause oral ulcers. A blood test would help diagnose this.

Hi Lulu, no herpes has not been ruled out. I will book an appointment with my doc and ask.
I have had blood tests in the past when I have had an outbreak and my results are all perfect. And yep, I brush with non SLS toothpaste too.
