Hey,
In EMDR it's important that you not push away/repress the memories, thoughts and feelings that come up, but you don't have to report or describe them. You can be as vague as you want. Although I generally try to be as accurate as possible, because for me that's also exposure, sometimes I just can't voice them. And that's OK, as long as I focus on them.
