I know it's harder for some people to reach out but sometimes people just don't know you really care and you'd love to have coffee with them unless you take the initiative to make the invite first? So, let them know you care and YOU invite somebody!!!

And yes it's a 'dream' thread. You can do all sorts of stuff hypothetically, it was really just to get people thinking about who they think might be interesting.
