Nope. We're never truly satisfied and need to be problem solvers so i would say it's contradictory to the nature of our species. Besides who cares for superficiality...if you have no brains in your head, no family/friends who truly love you and your whole life is consumed with the thought of money - 'having it all' arguably means very little.
