<font color="green">No cutting or stabbing with pins allowed so what does a person do with a panic attack? This brainless wonder started pinching herself on the inside of her biceps – so now I have loverly purple and blue marks all over there. The little bites of pain help just like the cutting used to, so once again I am doing SI. Maybe I will never be able to really stop.   </font>
