I can't really offer much advice, other than talking to your doctor about it.
I've been binge eating too. It's a coping mechanism for me, a way to deal with feeling depressed or numb. I used to have problems with restricting and that made me binge. I think the best thing to do is make sure your eating enough and consistently. When I'm not eating well I'm more likely to binge.
Are you seeing a nutritionist or dietitian?
