Pinksoil, only look at "problems" one at a time. You can't add all the pain together, there is no collective pain of all the starving children in Africa or something, just each individual and their individual pain. Likewise, what you ate the week before last isn't germane to the pain you are feeling today.

Think of it like making your bed? I go for a long time without making my bed and feeling guilty about it. But then the morning comes and I make it and feel like I'm on top of the world; what's with that? It's just going to get unmade tonight when I sleep in it and the not-making and guilt start all over again. The bed is made for me, not me to make it!

You do what you do to help you live your life. It's a stressful life at the moment! Give yourself a bit of a break. So you bought a lot of clothes at one time, perhaps you won't need any now for the rest of the year and it will even out. Don't "borrow" trouble for yourself, last week's SI was last week's adaptation. YOU are what is most important. It will get better as soon as your new routines are established.
