There have been a lot of threads at PC on this topic so you are not alone. Mornings have been my major struggle. Here are some of the things I do -
- Write down everything that might be bothering me before going to bed
- Then read or listen to something soothing right before going to bed
- Get up a little earlier than needed and read or watch something uplifting
- Do three affirmations that I can use during the day that seem true to me i.e.
'I have what it takes to make this a good day'
... something like that
- Most important - I tell myself every morning that I am anxious that it will
pass ... and it always does
