I was able to consolidate, through American Education Services. No cosigner. Refilling paperwork every three years is a drag, mines lost somewhere and needs resolution. It can be done. There's forbearance and deferring and though interest racks up, they cannot possibly expect these ridiculous amounts...
My understanding is there's legislators that are realllll interested in these stories...
