I find procrastination is related to the amount of energy I have. Doing exercises or yoga and maintaining a health diet keep me on track.
I have a list of the 10 most important things I want to do this week. I work on number one until I finish it or the day is over and break them down into subcategories if necessary.
I had a serious illness that I thought I would not survive. But I got it through it because I did not procrastinate any more. When I realized this could be my last day on earth I learned about motivating myself.
