I agree, however the DSM-IV is outdated as the fifth edition is out now
I myself have been diagnosed with a disorder that is known for a lack of empathy, but I don't feel I have it. If anything, I think I understand why others react the way they do better than others because I dont have that emotional roadblock and can look at things objectively.
