I'm sure we've all reacted out of tune from time to time, but when anger takes over I want to literally hurt the perpetrator, and I would. - and I go on the basis that it's not me, it's them.
Although other aspects of the mood roller coaster are flattening for now, I am finding the anger issue hard to deal with.
Does anyone want to add some similar story or advice?
